‘Pro Dive’
Pro Dive is a PADI 5 Star Dive Centre and one of the largest dive training centres in South Africa. Pro Dive Head Quarters is based in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, with charter operations at Shark Rock Pier, Hobie Beach, and a Pro Dive in Plettenberg Bay at the Beacon Isle Hotel.
Pro Dive offers Dive Training, Diving Equipment, Equipment Hire, Dive Tours, Kids Program, Career Development Programme.
Pro Dive facilities:
- Pro Dive in Port Elizabeth – PADI 5 Star dive Centre, one of the largest dive training centres in South Africa.
- Dive Centre Head Quarters – located in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, showroom with diving equipment, travel office, lecture room, pool, service centre.
- Charter Operations – Shark Rock Pier, Hobie Beach – charters, air fills, equipment hire.
- Pro Dive in Plettenberg Bay – located at the Beacon Isle Hotel on the edge of the Indian Ocean; shore dives, boat dives, introductions and training on-site.
- Dive Tours – Travel Packages, Liveaboards, Exclusive Resorts, Red Sea Tours (wrecks, wall diving, caves & coral reefs).
- Sardine Run – east coast of South Africa, in June/July.
- Kids Program – Kids Scuba Parties, Snorkelling, Bubblemaker, Seal Team (Series of Underwater Adventures), Junior Open Water.

Pro Dive is one of the largest dive training centres in Port Elizabeth and we offer a Career Development Programme specialising in Resort Instructor Training. Not only do we provide you with the essential courses to become a PADI Instructor, but we also provide you with additional practical experience, skills and knowledge required in the daily operation of a dive centre. We have introduced the Pro Dive Club to reward our regular divers with equipment specials and a dive package that makes it very affordable to log dives. Pro Dive also opened a branch in Plettenberg Bay which is ideally located in the Beacon Isle Hotel offering excellent training and diving facilities. To date we have assisted in placing numerous instructors in the Cayman Islands, Indian Ocean, Red Sea and Mediterranean Islands.
