The warm Agulhas current flows down the coast from Mozambique to Durban. Agulhas House nestled in the centre of the village of Umkomaas offers the traveler and businessman an equally warm welcome.

Set back from the road in tranquil grounds the creatively renovated building offers 10 en-suite rooms (twin and double) and 2 en-suite family rooms, all finished to a high quality standard some of which have air conditioners. The Pietersburg Diving School is a professional scuba diving organization for the benefit of all divers. We provide the diver with everything that any amateur scuba diver should need. It is not possible to participate in any scuba diving excursions in South Africa or Mozambique without a valid international scuba diving certificate. We recognize the following international scuba diving certificates: CMAS, NAUI, PADI, SSI.

Resort courses
Resort courses are run as requested: A resort course is only valid for one month, for a maximum depth of ten meters and with the instructor doing the training. It is a short course and ideal for the tourist on holiday to south africa!

Reefteach scuba diving school was established at Sodwana Bay in 2000. Although we moved into an already saturated industry there was an obvious need for an operation which could cater for the many divers who were seeking to learn more about the coral reef. We have become a successful dive charter having recently been awarded a concession by Isimangaliso Wetland Authority. All of our dives are led by divemasters who have an extensive knowledge of the reefs, marine life and the ecology. Dive briefings are done using books in our marine reference library on the beach. In this way the divers know what marine life they can expect to see and to look out for. After the dive the reference books are used again to facilitate identification. Reefteach has a number of special routes that are not well known by other operators. In this way we dive pristine areas that are away from the crowds. Furthermore even on the well known divesites the Reefteach staff knows where the rare fish and critters can be found.
